INSPIRATION /// A CERAMIST’S HOME

INSPIRATION /// A CERAMIST’S HOME

Posted by Francesca Caparelli on 6th Nov 2015

It has always been an intrigue of mine to see how and where a designer or an artisan lives.

Especially as we expect their homes to be filled with their own creations and style.

Most of the time, it is really like this. and it’s beyond beautiful.

Like our favourite Danish ceramist Anne Black’s home, which to my eyes, it’s a dream space.

The soul of the place is when the eye can float from room to room without being interrupted by something out of place, like a continuous symphony.

I love the living space with curved windows and the ceiling decoration.

Vintage elements stand out for a classic look and evergreen touch in all rooms.

The whole house reflects the palette of colours of Anne’s work, soft and special.

The dark sofa and the timber divider in the lounge are stunning, and I love to see her objects scattered around, like the jars or the hanging vases, without creating any clutter.

Everything is in its place, ordinary and extraordinary meet together.

Who wouldn’t like to live there?

Feel inspired with Luumo!
