The Cover Chair by Muuto is a strong yet light wooden armchair which takes moulded veneer to its extreme. The Cover Chair was designed by Thomas Bentzen: "Cover is from a desire to create a comfortable and contemporary armchair in wood. I aimed for a crisp and vivid expression in the plywood while looking for a solid and grounded look in the frame and base of the chair."
Leadtime: 12-14 weeks.
Colour: Black refine leather / Black, Cognac refine leather / Oak, Black refine leather / Stained dark brown.
Material: All wood (PU lacquered oak) and no metal. Form-pressed wood veneer shell. Oak and Stained version: form pressed oak veneer shell. Frame in solid oak.
Coloured version: Seat and backrest in form pressed ash veneer. Base and legs in solid beech. Both versions with a water-base lacquer.
